Durch eine \u00dcbung haben wir gelernt, wirklich aufmerksam zuzuh\u00f6ren, Geduld zu \u00fcben und eine tiefere Ebene des Gegen\u00fcbers kennenzulernen. Auch das Respektieren des individuellen Rhythmus war f\u00fcr uns eine wichtige Erfahrung. Durch dein Leiten durch die Sitzungen haben wir gelernt, uns gegenseitig mehr Raum zu geben.<\/p>\n
